Mobile Hall Systems - The Mobile Concept

Hall units for car washing systems
and other installations using water have the disadvantage that it is difficult and often impossible to find an alternative use for the property at a later stage, due to the pits, drainage systems and pipes in the ground.

The mobile hall MOBIWASH
was specially developed and patented to provide the user with the option of keeping the complete hall transportable and thereby flexible. This can be done with a reasonable effort and includes the aggregate room, sludge catcher and water treatment systems.

The Building
consists of 2 transport units that can be folded and transported on a conventional truck with normal width or in sea containers.
The base frame of each hall half
is made of a self-supporting, galvanised steel structure on which a stainless steel tray is placed. The tray has an incline towards the middle where the pump sump is located. Gratings and support structures for attaching driving rails form the bottom of the hall.

The hall
is mounted onto the 2 base frames. Circumferential drainage sheets direct the water from the wall into the tray and ensure tightness from the outside towards the inside and vice versa.
The flat roof
is mounted in a foldable manner and has straight blinds at the gable sides.
