Our solutions in leak testing technology.

Our leak test systems consist of spray systems, mobile or static test portals and powerful drying technology. Different spraying circuits in the spraying systems generate the desired precipitation quantities. Tilts, slopes and twists of the vehicle can be simulated with hydraulic lifting systems.

The systems are so flexibly designed that they can be adapted to many different types of vehicles. It makes no difference how wide or narrow a test specimen is, as the distance between the spray nozzle and the vehicle is automatically set correctly. The reproducibility of the results is guaranteed for all measurements.

In order to meet sustainability criteria, effective and resource-saving water treatment is also part of our facilities.
